1. Agreement

By using Padojo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

AI-powered coaching platform for padel. AI analysis provides supplementary coaching insights — not medical advice.

3. Video consent

You must consent before video is recorded or analysed. You can withdraw at any time. Your coach is responsible for informing others present during recording.

4. Access & billing

Padojo is currently in closed testing and free to use. Pricing has not been decided. If paid access launches, this section will state the price and payment terms before anything is charged — you will always see the price and agree to it before paying.

5. Your content

You own your uploads. You grant Padojo a limited licence to process them for coaching. AI reports are for personal use.

6. Termination

Delete your account at any time. All data removed per our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

Netherlands law. Disputes: court in Haarlem.
