1. Who we are

Padojo is a product of AIConcepts.Studio, based in the Netherlands. Contact: privacy@padojo.app

2. What data we collect

• Account: Email, name — to create your account
• Profile: WhatsApp, clubs, training partner — personalisation
• Session footage: Video recordings — AI coaching analysis
• AI analysis: Shot classification, movement, kinetic chain — coaching insights
• Ratings: Self, coach, partner scores — performance tracking
• Payment: Via Stripe (no card data stored by us)
• Device: Push token — report notifications

We do NOT collect location data, health data, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

3. Video recording and AI analysis

Session videos are uploaded to secure EU storage, then analysed by AI (Anthropic). Video frames are not retained by Anthropic beyond the API call.

Your consent is required before any video is analysed. You can withdraw consent at any time in your profile settings. Withdrawal stops new analysis but existing reports remain accessible.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access — request a copy of your data
• Deletion — delete your account and all data
• Portability — export data in JSON format
• Withdraw consent — stop AI video analysis
• Complaint — contact the Dutch DPA (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

5. Data sharing

We share data only with essential providers: Cloudflare (infrastructure and email delivery), Anthropic (AI analysis), Expo (push notifications). We do not sell your data. Padojo is currently free during closed testing — no payment provider has received any data. If paid access launches, a payment processor will be added here and to your consent screen before it does.

6. Security

All data encrypted at rest and in transit. Passwordless auth. No tracking scripts. Stripe PCI DSS Level 1.
